Developed in partnership with a leading therapist, this Wellness Journal offers a template to help you navigate your way through life, allowing you to catalogue daily self reflections & schedule future plans, as well as record additional notes and creative sparks in the dotted and plain pages grouped together at the rear of the journal.
This journal considers the well being of the planet too! - the cover material is from an FSC approved source, the pages are recycled paper and the journal itself is made in the UK, reducing its carbon footprint. It's vegan friendly and, as an added eco bonus, if you don't want to archive the journal for future reflection, you can simply remove the ribbon and drop it into your paper recycling stream.
