To enable us to best represent your artwork on our products, we request you supply a vector file. Vector files are images that are built by mathematical formulas that establish points on a grid, as opposed to a ‘raster file’ which are composed of the coloured blocks commonly referred to as pixels, and when increased in size they pixelate (become blurry). Vector files can infinitely be scaled without any loss in quality making them the preferred file format for producing dies and print files.
If you are unsure, send us the files you have and our in-house creative team will take a look and advise accordingly. We do offer a logo redraw service if you are unable to supply the correct files. A charge may apply depending on the complexity and your order size.
