Guinness World Records branded Moleskine notebooks

This week James Bond is making the headlines as they are celebrating 50 years on the big screen. Guinness World Records have come up with fifty 007 related records.

Here are Noted in Style’s top 3:

1. Most prolific writer: Did you know Ian Fleming the original creator of Bond, was not the most prolific writer of 007 novels. Between 1981 and 1996, John Gardner (UK) wrote 14 Bond novels and two screenplay adaptations, surpassing Fleming’s output of 12 novels and two short-story collections.

2. Most appearances as Bond: Sean Connery and Roger Moore have both starred as British secret agent 007 seven times!

3. The first James Bond theme to reach number one on Billboard Hot 100: Duran Duran’s theme to 1985, View to a Kill remains the only them to reach number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.
The song was the last track that the original five members of the group recorded together until their reunion sixteen years later, in 2001.

At Noted in Style we imagine if James Bond used a notebook it would be a sleek, black, classic Moleskine, pocket-sized notebook, easily tucked away in his top pocket, but big enough to keep track of all of his bond girls.

Recently, the Guinness World Records team requested an order with us for 100 notebooks for a special event and of course, we created them in record-breaking time!
